The device uses a sophisticated electro-optic system based on Inuitive's NU4000 processor, integrated into IMDT's 3D stereo vision platform.
The Spark™ 4's advanced lens measurement system uses the NU4000 processor to run IMDT's proprietary 3D technology along with six high resolution camera sensors, taking Spark™ 4's system accuracy to a level never seen before.
The NU4000 vision-on-chip processor is the first generation of the NU4X00 series of products and is ideal for robotics, drones, VR, and edge-AI applications that demand multiple sensor aggregation, processing, packing, and streaming. It is specifically designed for robots and other applications that must sense and analyze the environment using three, six, or more cameras, as they make real-time actionable decisions based on that input.

Paris-based startup Prophesee, a maker of camera chips inspired by the way the human eye works, said on Monday it has signed a multi-year deal with Qualcomm Inc to be used with the smartphone technology giant's product. U.S. satellite television provider Dish is experiencing a multiday outage after a reported cyberattack, with customers unable to access streams, services or their accounts. The disruption began early on Thursday when Dish customers said they could not access their television services or pay their bills. MOSCOW (Reuters) -U.S. tech giant Apple has paid a 906 million rouble ($12.12 million) fine in a Russian antitrust case alleging abuse of its dominance in the mobile apps market, Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) said on Monday. Qualcomm Inc on Monday said it was working with a group of Android smartphone companies to add satellite-based messaging capabilities to their devices. The San Diego, California-based company, which is the world's biggest supplier of chips that connect mobile phones to wireless data networks, said it is working with Honor, Lenovo-owned Motorola, Nothing, OPPO, Vivo and Xiaomi Corp to develop the devices. Satellite-based communications can send and receive data in remote or rural regions where other telecommunications networks are not available.
